About this trail

Trail is opposite Pink Beach. A few months ago, I came across this hidden trail while exploring, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots for RC trail runs. Since then, I’ve been conveniently using it to test new upgrades, tune my rigs, and enjoy realistic crawling sessions. It also turned out to be the perfect location for one of our RC meetups. This trail offers a great mix of technical crawling and realistic off-road terrain, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced drivers. Terrain Features: * 🪨 Large natural granite rocks with multiple technical lines. * 🏖️ Loose sand that constantly challenges traction. * ⛰️ Steep climbs and off-camber sections that test side-hill stability. * 🌿 Narrow rock gaps requiring careful wheel placement. * 🌱 Mixed surfaces of sand, dirt, roots, and vegetation for changing grip levels. * 🛻 Natural articulation obstacles that really put your suspension to work. * ⚖️ Multiple line choices, from beginner-friendly routes to more technical sections. The trail is ideal for testing: * Throttle control * Steering precision * Suspension articulation * Ground clearance * Tire performance * Recovery techniques and winching One of the things I love most about this spot is that no two runs are ever the same. You can choose different lines every time, making each crawl a fresh challenge. The combination of the rocky terrain, sandy sections, the ocean nearby, and the Colombo skyline in the background makes it an awesome place to spend a few hours crawling with friends. Overall, I’d rate this trail 8.5/10. It’s become my go-to location for trail runs, testing upgrades, and enjoying the hobby.
